I retired in March 2005 and was so bored I went back to work full time in March 2006
Like to keep busy. Manage anapratment building and work for a real estate firm.
have children and grandchildren in 4 states. since I sit most of the day I need to start wlkling again and watch what i eat. so far i do not know how to add pictures and have some nice ones of vacations to share. guess i need help with my exercise, food , and computer skills.

My Goals:
my goal is bring my weight down to 135. Also to control my snacking. I do well with my meals but love to snack and love coffee and ice tea. I want to be able to walk 5 miles a day at lest 5 days a week.
My Program:
I track what I eat and keep veg. and fruit in the fridge at least during the growing season. I clean the fridge each week and toss out anything that is a threat .
Personal Information:
I live in Memphis, Mo about 9 miles from the Iowas line. I am a widow and that is why I have to much time to snack. I work full time and try to keep busy at night. I love to go to live theater and some movies church is important . My children (4) and grandchildren (6) or the Love of mylive

Reading--all the time always looking for a new author because I read faster than the ones I like write.
