I have had weight issues since my pre-teens. It is a big problem throughout our family. Food is used as a comfort. When I got married, September 11, 1999, I weighed 180 pounds.

I worked at a daycare which neighbored a grocery store, so food was easily accessible and having to be responsible for many children at one time, quick meals were a must. It became quite easy to blame my weight issue on everything but my own ignorance.

I landed a job in 2002 working in an office as an operations manager. I was scared that sitting down all day would just encourage more weight gain so I began using my free time to search online for ways to improve my health.

Surprisingly, the bottom line was simple: eat less (better) & move more. I began implementing that in my life and when I've grown bored with my workout regimen, I find something else active to do.

I've lost 50 pounds so far and am amazed at what I've accomplished. I used to set my goal around numbers but I've learned to measure my accomplishments in how I feel and how I live.

I've been doing pretty good! I *was* looking awesome. Then I gained it all back. I'm struggling to get back to it! This too shall pass!

That's the one....about 20 minutes each part. I track it as circuit training. Spark should give you a ballpark on that.

30 Day Fast Start? I really like those workouts but I'm not sure of the calorie burn.
