UPDATES ARE ADDED AT THE BOTTOM :)
Was able to lose a lot of weight before i had my son. I did it on my own and felt better than ever, I loved myself and the new body I had. I gained it all back during my pregnancy and even managed to add some to it :(
Been working out 4 to 5x a week since January 1st 2011 and haven't lost weight.
I'm renewing my commitment and want to get my nutrition on track so I can feel good about myself again

UPDATE: since starting in the beginning of 2012 I have so far lost 26lbs! This site has given me the tools I needed to know what my body needs and wants.

ANOTHER UPDATE: July 10th 2012 and I'm down 35lbs so far. Getting closer to my 50lbs goal. 1lb at a time!
I have more definition in my calves and a friend mentioned my arms looking different too (I don't really see that myself but, hell, I'll take it!)

UPDATE!: July 24 2012, I am training to become a Zumba instructor and hope to get certified within the next few months =D

My Goals:
Be healthy and lose the (baby)weight. How long can you call it babyweight?? lol


My Program:
10lbs lost: will make an appointment for that tattoo I got for Christmas
20lbs: get a mani and pedi
30lbs: go tan a few times
40lbs: get a massage
50lbs: new swimsuit!
the new swimsuit will have to wait til summer!
I MADE IT!!!!!
My new program is maintain til after the holidays. Then maybe lose another 10lbs.
The new year will be about TONING!
