Here is to a healthy life, being the best wife and mother I can be! 2011 a year of setting new goals to achieve....making the plan and then DOING it! If I can do this ANYYONE can!

Hello Everyone! My name is Janell. By eating clean, working out and asking for support when needed....I have lost over 80 pounds and kept it off. There is no magic pill to drop the pounds...just old fashioned principals of making healthy food choices and working out. According to my husband.."a good sweat never hurt anyone"...he was so right! There will be ups and downs for everyone during their journey, the key is not to let it discourage you. Start over at the next meals or workout. The past is the past. The future is yours...embrace it and mold it in to your dreams!
As I look back over my journey, I am thankful that in 2012 I have a healthy lifestyle still. It has been 3 years since I have hit goal weight. I still take it a day at a time and a meal at a time. I strive to eat clean, but do not deny myself if I really want a bite of something.

2012 Goals!

Drop another 2% of body fat.
Instruct Boot Camp classes 4 days a week
Do/teach Zumba 3 to 4 times a week
To inspire those around me to have a healthy lifestyle. Lead a women's running group
Do Prayfit with some amazing women! (love you all!)
Give God the praise for the blessing in my life!
