My Goals:
I am going to loose over 100 lbs in a years time. I will be growing a stronger relationship with God inshallah through this process. I am also going to make it through the bible in 1 yr.

My Program:
I will be doing a majority of Perfect Weight America, and will be using a personal trainer.

I am a God fearing woman first and foremost. I am a wife, and a mother of 5, yes 5 children. I love people, and life.

My hobies include photography, singing, cooking.

Hi!! So glad you joined us in our Shuttlebug team!
We have so much fun on this team. We love to share our photos with each other and to comment on them.

Please check in the General Discussion section for the Photo Assignments.
Each assignment has complete directions in the very first post of the assignment which will be on page one, scroll to the bottom of the page.
We have a new one each week and they are a lot of fun. Sometimes they can be a challenge too!! You are welcome to add pictures to any of the assignments.

If you have any questions be sure and ask, either on a team or you are welcome to email me.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
