I am 19, I graduated High school in 2008. I used to play football and I had weight lifting class. So I was always busy lifting weights and running and working out. Now that I am out of high school I have lost muscle and I am not looking like I want to. I have never been on any kind of a diet and I have no idea what eating Healthy means. I can workout and do the P90X that is not a problem. But as far as eating what I need to be eating and not eating is my biggest problem. I am looking for tips and help from people in the same situation as me.

Hey Adam, you're mom found my blog and said I should stop by. I just started using p90x. I hope you like it. It seems like a great workout. Sounds like you will be all set with it! As far as nutrition, track your intake on this site. It takes time at first, but it will get easier. As you go, you'll find that some foods have too many calories. You can either eat smaller portions of those foods or find substitutions. If you have any questions, I am a dietitian, and could probably answer them. Just let me know!

Hi Adam I just got my P90x and your mom told me to check out your page and say hello. So hello my name is Carol I have been here since July. Before I got here I have already lost 190lbs I have lost 20 more being here and have 70 more lbs to go. I know this workout along with my weight training and boxing will help me get there.

Much success to you

Carol
