I was born to have the physique of a fitness model... And I will be pushing myself to get closer to that goal this year.

At the beginning of the year I set a goal of going from 210.2 to 160 pounds. I have already lost 17 pounds and have decided to make 2011 my ultimate weight goal year. Instead of ending this year 20 pounds shy from my ultimate weight goal I have decided to shed the remaining 57 pounds by putting in the work to reach my goal. I know it is possible I just have to ...

I know it is possible I just have to constantly remind myself of how sexy I will feel at the end of the journey. I want to make my self proud of my accomplishments and my family be proud of me as well. But ultimately this journey is about me. A journey I am excited to take. I am looking forward to watching the fat melt and the pounds drop. All the cute, small size clothes I will be able to purchase will be the ultimate treat for me. I have decided to do a weekly blog detailing the exercises I did and the pounds I have lost. In the last blog of the month I will list my inches lost. I am hoping that everyone on Spark will accomplish their goals as well this year.

2011 Goals:
*lose remaining 57 pounds
*be able to do 5 regular push-ups
*lose an average of 6.4 pounds a month to stay on goal track
