In my bikini at the start.... This was at 73.4kg

At 56(ish)kg's - the weight I'm going for.

A favourite memory of mine - passion, postivity, the weight, the look, and the confidence. I was playing in front of at least 200 people solo with my own songs.

Weight be lost and life be changed
Don't pay any attention to that "bikini" photo of me on the left! I shall not be this way forever. And just because I stalled, doesn't mean I have stopped. And that's not the start... ( I get it when I see it so 78.*) 78 - Go swimming with hubby and bub - WE DID! 77kg - Earrings 75kg - Rotary cutter for sewing 73kg New hand bag Future rewards - fully negotiable now or later depending on the current want: 71kg - early one of GPS watch (secondhand)... I got it early though :) Then when I am UNDER 70 - running bra 68kg - running shorts 67kg - Mirror 66kg - lush soap 65kg - 64kg - 63kg - 62kg - 61kg - 60kg - 59kg - New outfit and basic wardrobe items that I don't have. PLUS a body fat test at a gym March goals - Run 50km Lose 4kg minimum 6+ Fruit and veges a day 200 minutes minimum a day Just because I say I can't, doesn't actually mean I CAN'T! In these next 3 months, I will decided to change my life for the better.

My Goals:
April goals - Lose 2.5kg Exercise 5 out of 7 days - 30 mins minimum Lots of fruit and veges
My Program:
Eating more fruit, vege and unprocessed foods and less sugary and fatty foods. Just general healthy eating. As for exercise, I want to do 20 mins exercise 5 days a week and increasingly hard exercise.
Personal Information:
I'm Hannah, a 26 year old married mum from New Zealand :) I have gained weight over the past about 5 - 6 years and have maintained (within 1-2 kgs) for the past few years.. unfortunatley I gained 12kg after *yes, AFTER* having my baby and having him in NICU. I have about 20kg to drop in total at this stage. (UPDATE - 12 down in 3.5 months, 8 to go!)
