At 56(ish)kg's - the weight I'm going for.

Don't pay any attention to that "bikini" photo of me on the left! I shall not be this way forever. And just because I stalled, doesn't mean I have stopped. And that's not the start... That's the start at 73ish, not this start of what has been 80... .9kg at Jan 3rd 2013. And 81.3 on 6th Sept 14 (post baby number 2)

I'm a sucker for not finishing things so I'm going to prove EVERYONE wrong this time and succeed, but mostly, because I want to prove myself wrong too.

My milestones and rewards that I've had so far last time! ( I get it when I see it so 78.*)
78 - Go swimming with hubby and bub - WE DID!
77kg - Earrings
75kg - Rotary cutter for sewing
73kg New hand bag

Future rewards - fully negotiable now or later depending on the current want:

59kg - New outfit and basic wardrobe items that I don't have. PLUS a body fat test at a gym to work out what i need to do from there if anything

My Program:
Eating high protein, fruit, vege and unprocessed foods and less sugary and fatty (except for natural fatty things) foods. Just general healthy eating. As for exercise, I want to do 20 mins exercise 5 days a week and increasingly hard exercise.

Personal Information:
I'm Hannah, a 26 year old married mum from New Zealand :) I have gained weight over the past about 5 - 6 years and have maintained (within 1-2 kgs) for the past few years.. unfortunatley I gained 12kg after *yes, AFTER* having my baby and having him in NICU. I have about 20kg to drop in total at this stage. I then lost that 12 to put it on again with my baby number 2 born at term.

    Wanted to commend you on going out of your comfort zone and attending the young adults group, the fact that it rewarded you with being a positive experience and now you plan to go again is proof in itself that sometimes we need to push ourselves out of our safe routines - so happy that it went well for you and inspired to try to step up my own efforts to meet people
