Hi! I'm living in China too, but far north! I've been living in Bautou for 6 months now, having trouble with the language and manners here. I'm doing better now I love the food, but I don't eat out much. The supermarket is also a problem, not many imported foods and almost nothing has nutritional information. The good thing is that I end up eating a lot of vegetables and fruits that I cook at home. Do you have any favorite sauce or other product that I can use on my cooking? Or favorite food that is not so fatty? Do I have to be that careful with chinese food?
    Ok good luck!!
    BTY I love your goals!

I adored your reply on the restaurant fear topic. I completely agree with you! Why suffer through a meal you don't really want (aka the Friday's iceberg lettuce with dressing on side) when you can have options like those you listed?

THAT'S how to live! I'm so glad you posted that for everyone. More should view it like we do!

I love your attitude! Keep up the good work. I'm a voracious reader, so I anxiously await your first book! Keep running - a half marathon is very much within your reach. BTW - I want to be one of those people who in their 80's is still running, biking, and living life to its fullest!
