Well, I have now turned 40 and I am in my healthy BMI and body fat is in the high end of normal. Better then when I started this journey. I still haven't reached my goal weight yet but, the thing is I AM DOING IT!!!! Since starting spark people I have ran a 5k, I can swim 2 miles now, I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week. And I just feel so much better. So, much more energy!!! Monday, I am signing up for the Country Music 1/2 Marathon that takes place in Apr 2011. Never would I have even though I could do that 2 years ago but, now here I am signing up for a 13.1 mile run thats still crazy in my head. But, its not going to be about how fast I finish just that I did finish!!!! I also think the training for it will help me push past my plateau that I have been stuck at since July.

I just have to say if I can do it you can do it. I ate horribly and was a major couch potato.

Well, I did the 1/2 marathon and then I basically feel off from everything. So, I am back and ready to get to my goal and stay at my goal.

I found this and I had to steal it....

The Ten Commandments of Permanent Fat Removal

1. Thou shalt honor and believe in thyself.

2. Thou shalt move thy booty. Move it and move it some more.

3. Thou shalt never go hungry again. Eat small meals and healthy snacks throughout the day.

10. Thou shalt not eat out of misery, boredom, anxiety ... but should they over-indulge, forgive thyself immediately.
