Slightly off track
6/2009 -I took a Spark quiz a while back. It said I was slightly off track with my nutrition and exercise. They got it right on the nose. I don't have any super bad habits but I also don't have any really great habits. So I am working on trying to develop good habits. Slowly changing so the good habits become second nature. Who ever said it takes 21 days to develop a new habit hasn't met me. 9/2010 I am not where I want to be yet and I am not going back to where I was. I been at a plateau for the longest time and yet it isn't really a plateau. My body fat percentage has been dropping without the scale moving. If I just look at the amount of weight difference in the body fat percentages it is amazing.

My Goals:
Original Goals: -lose 20 pounds -change bad habits into healthier ones. Revised Goals: -lose total of 28 pounds -consistantly hit 8,000 steps a day and work that up to 10,000 steps -add more fruits and veggies to my diet -to stay consistant on my exercise routine
My Program:
Simply eat less and exercise more.

Words of Motivation I like that I found on Sparkpeople: There are many younger people using this site, and I would say to you – please think ahead, think of you being older and having these problems and the way it would affect your life. Then use that as motivation to lose the weight while you are still young enough to enjoy life and to get everything you can out of it.
