Are you enjoying the fall colors on the Trail? Still riding? I have a new bike!! We've been going on trails around here, Grant Trail and Cliff Cave Park. I'm sure my husband and daughter would love to come out your way and go on the Katy Trail! Maybe we can plan an afternoon soon before it gets too cold. A Saturday or Sunday afternoon maybe?

WOW WE SOUND SOOOO MUCH ALIKE! I will exercise all day if I could, but I will get done and eat a big bowl of ice cream or a big bowl of something I shouldn't which will cancel out my exercise that I've done a whole week, so I sit looking full and unhappy! emoticon I have not prayed for self control either but that is a perfect idea, I will do that starting today and before each meal and after I exercise since that's when I REALLY want to eat a lot. Yes I'm excited about the new plan. I also look forward to checking back in with you in a month, because I got on the scale this morning and it said 202.8 and it made me sad! emoticon Thanks for your support and ideas, WE will get past this!
