Hello, Im here to try to get back into shape and eat healthier in order to lower my B.P. and cholesterol.

Goals hmm.....
1st I will loose the weight I have put on since i stopped smoking...15 Lb

then I will (I hope)loose another 5 LB.

My Program:
I have been on the spark diet for a while ,,Lost a few inches and pounds. I am also going to gym a min.of 5 days a week . Cardio 5/5 strength 3/5
it seems to be working
and Ialso walk The Dog.(my daughters Great dane Max.

is american and our daughter, I live in central Florida,work p.t in retail.
Our youngest daughter and her BIG dog Max is temporarily living with us. Love it

read what you put on the team wall & it's so TRUE....and yet it's been very difficult for me to believe it in my heart. I'm still learning to not be so mean to myself over not being perfect {or even close to that}.

Hi

Pölsa is 100 g=188 kcal, "stekt, värmd" 100g = 201 and this source (Matdagboken) says that a serving is 250 g.

And for nutrition - there was no facts about that...
