Hi stranger. I got your spark goodie, thanks I think. I think you're trying to tell me you have gotten burned out? I do understand that. I have burned out somewhat myself. I can't remember when you left the thread but I no longer open it on a daily basis. It is now called simply: The DAILY Thread and is a continuous thread. So can pop in anytime you want or don't want. Stop by and let us know how you're doing sometime. We would love to hear from you. Miss you, Karen

Thanks so much for your input!! I was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at age 5. i have had flareups off and on, some worse than others, but more recently my knee seems permanently swollen and it is frustrating. My favorite thing is walking (especially disneyland) and I am really sad about my knee. my last truly bad flareup was 2011, and I got cortisone shots in both knees and it helped. this time i had a cortison shot and nothing changed. so i am thinking of trying the dietary approach. I have checked out whole 30 before but was never "man enough" to acutally do it. I really like the lady who wrote my sugar detox book so I ordered her practical paleo. I'm glad you are doing well :) It definitely seems like something I at least owe it to myself to TRY. emoticon

Aren't the homes in Troy Grove adorable? You should see how they decorate in the fall, and for Halloween. Next time I go back I will get pics of other houses. Have a good Wed! emoticon
