I am 46, feeling very fat and looking my age for the first time in my life. UGH I am ready to take control of my life again. I am seriously motivated to do this.
I am an indie dox rescuer and have 8 minis/tweens that are special needs and live happily in the sanctuary created just for them. I call them the wild bunch, and that they can be :-)

To feel healthy and to fit into my clothes again
My Program:
I am watching my calorie intake as well as giving up sugar and all "white" stuff. No refined carbs . I am going to the gym 4-5 days a week doing cardio and strength training
