My goal is to be able to live a healthy life and have enough energy to get through the day withot feeling drained. It isnīt easy to juggle a full time job, playtime with son, exercise, husband and housework but if you fit in the exercise the rest will follow.

My plan is to work out at least 5 times a week because Iīm done with my fat self.

Today I weigh in at 85 kgs (187 lbs) and to have a healthy BMI I still have about 13 kgs to go (29 lbs)

I seek my help here for the second time and promise myself to have eough respect for myself to come here everyday and log everything I do on my journey
