Current Status:
INGBADEN sick as a dog yesterday so getting in all my steps didn't happen. I did make myself walk the dog 2 miles and I don't think I made it to the low end of my calorie range hard to do when super sick

My Program:
- Cardio 5 to 6 days a week
- Strength training 3 times per week
- at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Track everything I eat
- Meditate
