- Cardio 5 to 6 days a week
- Strength training 3 times per week
- at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Track everything I eat
- Meditate

We have the same goal! 195 by the end of August. Today I almost fainted when I stepped on the scale and it said 210. Then I stepped on again and it said 206. Ugh.... 3 weeks ago I was 199. And I have worked out hard Everyday since last Sun except wed due to an injury. That is 10 out of 11 days! What the heck.

I have splurged a little during Yime of the Month (TOM) but not enough to gain this much wt. For some reason last week I kept gaining every day (week after period)

Shouldn't be the other way around?

I am not giving up. I just started a yr. long program and I am on week #2 and have been doing everything they have asked me to do. So I have high hopes that I will see results (inches or wt.) soon. I have to take my first measurements and pictures this Saturday. I will be doing this monthly for a yr.

How's everything going? Did you have a good week last week? My wt is totally up by 6 pounds right now but I did work out 6 days last week so hey can't complain I am not working on it.
