Hello there! Thank you for adding me to your friend list! I read your introduction and your attitude seems great. Setting an example can be one of the greatest motivators. People - just like you - try to raise their kids the best way they can and they go to extreme lengths to do that - and in the process they become better people - inside and out. That's what's the greatest about your plan - it helps your kids, it helps you, your husband - everybody wins IF you actually put yourself there and you do it. So congrats on the good attitude and on finding a type of physical activity that you enjoy. I hope you'll keep on doing it, your kids, being very young, may even learn it quite well and become champions, go to races/championships, if they really enjoy it and keep on doing it. :) A physical activity being your hobby at the same time: that's the PERFECT recipe of mental and physical health, your kids will be lucky if this happens to them.
