I definitely definitely definitely want to work on my strength, but right now I am PRIMARILY interested in weight loss since I packed on close to 20 lbs. I liked it a lot better when I was already at a healthy weight, it made my fitness goals easier since I felt sexier, so I focused on muscle groups. Idk if that sounds dumb, but somehow when the scale tells me light enough I have the confidence to focus on strength. Soon. Very soon.

Thanks INFINITEJESS84, I'll try to eat healthy from this moment on, and try to stop my craving with more water and some fruit.

I have never eaten really right so I know my body well enough to know what it needs, I know that my mind don't want to stop...
