I definitely definitely definitely want to work on my strength, but right now I am PRIMARILY interested in weight loss since I packed on close to 20 lbs. I liked it a lot better when I was already at a healthy weight, it made my fitness goals easier since I felt sexier, so I focused on muscle groups. Idk if that sounds dumb, but somehow when the scale tells me light enough I have the confidence to focus on strength. Soon. Very soon.
