    Hello! I am on the beginning of my second week of Insanity and it really is insane! The first day work out DVD I did was very hard for me and sort of an eye-opener. But I didn't give up! It may seem hard with each new work out but once you know what to expect it becomes easier for you.

    Definitely make sure that you drink plenty of water before, during, and after your work out. Keep a water bottle handy! Even after I have completed my work out for the day I sometimes still feel a little dehydrated from losing so much sweat, but that's how I know that this work out is getting me to work!

    I would suggest trying some of the meals that the nutrition guide gives you. They're delicious! My favorite lunch meal is the peanut butter toast. It's delicious and surprisingly fills me up too.

    If you need to take breaks during the work outs, do so! I can't get through a full work out without taking breaks. It's impossible for me! And don't worry if you have to - I've talked to a professional coach about his experience with Insanity and he even said that he still needs to take breaks throughout his work outs.

    Hey! I happened to come across your page through the 'Insanity' group..I'm about to start my 3rd week of the program, so far I love it! Definitely hard, but I'm seeing results and I'm already down 3lbs..you and I had the same exact starting weight! And similar measurements. I'm also a military girlfriend, so we have that too! Congrats on your upcoming wedding. Anyway, I added you as a SparkFriend..keep us updated on your progress with the program! Good luck!
