Love Life thru Better Health & Fitness

My goal was to loose 50 - 80 lbs. and improve my overall fitness level which I achieved throughout 2010. I went from 285 pounds to 185 pounds and changed my health and outlook on life. Unfortunately, through the winter months, I have slipped and put on 40 pounds. The time has now come to get back on track and step up my diet and exercise routine to reach my new target of 199 pounds by Labour Day, September 1st, 2011. SparkPeople take charge!

My Goals:
I love Life. In order to ensure a long and happy life, I know I need to change my lifestyle and get healthy. Thanks to SparkPeolple, I am well on my way to achieving my weight and fitness goals. The longer I live the less confidence I have in drugs and the greater is my confidence in the regulation and administration of diet and regimen.

My Program:
I follow health guidelines outlined on SparkPeople. Livestrong and Calorie Count websites. Daily, I count my calories, eat healthy, nutrious foods and exercise at least 30 minutes. My program centers on control and moderation in everything that I do.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Leamington, Ontario, Canada. Been living with my family in London, Ontario since 1990. Retired officially, in 2007 and now spend my days enjoying a healthy fulfilled lifestyle.

Other Information:
Never go to excess, but let moderation be your guide!

The key to success has always been to enjoy everything in moderation!

Happiness lies, first of all, in health!

Whether seeking reward or romance, focus on long-term goals and not on immediate gratification. Moderation, not excess, is the key to success.

There's one thing that I'd like my kids to remember about me: I cared. I cared about my family, and I always put them first. We all need to clarify what's truly important and set priorities that make sense for us.
