My Goals:
*9/08 - To rock a great outifit for my dear hubby's high school reunion. DONE!!! *11/4/08 - Finished my first Mini Marathon in 3:21:21.8. *12/31/10 - To lose 10 lbs. *2/29/10 - Lose 30 lbs. *4/30/10 - Lose 50 lbs. .*To be able to run for more than 1 minute at a time, consistently. *To run a mini-marathon or walk a full marathon. *To look really great at my son's graduation. *Learn to bellydance. *Take a mission's trip.
My Program:
*Drink a lot of water. *Track all of my food. *Keep my calorie count between 1500-1800. *Follow a mini-marathon training schedule. Cardio workouts 5 days a week. Add stregnth training 3 days of week.
Other Information:
I love to read historical fiction. Especially books set during WWII or the Tudors. My favorite shows are Amazing Race, The Tudors, Mad Men and Hawaii Five-0.
