Hi! I see you've stumbled upon my page! Welcome! A little bit about myself: I was overweight in my early teens, got teased to no end. Hated sports and any kind of physical activities. Hi! I see you've stumbled upon my page! Welcome! A little bit about myself: I was overweight in my early teens, got teased to no end. Hated sports and any kind of physical activities. Then in the summer of Grade 9, I managed to lose enough weight to be considered "normal" by all those homophobic, mean, evil kids. Ended up switching school because my parents had to move, I was pretty glad because that means I get to start all over. New school was absolutely amazing, and since it was in a city instead of the country, most kids were pretty tolerant. Summer of grade 10, my friend got me into lifting weights, and thats what I've been doing since. I have trouble sticking to a routine because now that I am in post seondary (university), school usually gets in the way and working out would be one of those "On" and "Off" things. I'll usually have the mindset to go work out but then I'll be like "oh you just spent the full day studying, relax! go play some games! or go to sleep!" Which ain't good. But ya! My goals are: 1) Be able to stick to my routine, for at least half a year (making it do-able). 2) Work my body out evenly. (left pecs bigger than right...even though they both got the same strength...I got no back muscle either! (I was obsessed with working out pecs when I first started)....So my posture is crap...) 3) gain 10 lbs within the next year. (Yes, gain. I know that's odd since I realize this is a weight-loss site, but it's also a fitness site too right? and.....) 4) be able to do jog longer/faster. (My cardio is CRAP. I was in my prime at the beginning of Grade 12, but since then, it's all gone downhill....) That's pretty much it :) Oh, and That's not me. That's my favourite player on the Vancouver Canucks.
