My Goals:
Lose 40 pounds by July 2011. This might be a conservative goal, but if so, I'll just set another one! My ticker seems to insist on showing KG, so the LB equivalent (approximately) is 213-173. My roommates' scale has proven unreliable, so I may be changing the listed weight and goal.
My Program:
- Keep a steady supply of water at work. (Lemon or Crystal Light optional) - Pack a lunch 4 days out of 5, and eat 2 of 3 meals at home during the weekend, at minimum. - Start the C25K program by Sep 15th, 2010.

Other Information:
I have asthma and a previous injury that left me with hardware in my leg, so I'm curious to know about others who are exercising under these circumstances.
