Back again.
Different avenues do not work as well as consistent tracking + recording of activity + eating habits. I let go of healthy eating because I got cocky and figured that I deserved some treats. Some turned into more than some, which turned into gaining 20lbs back that I worked so hard to lose. It seems to take so much less time to gain weight than it takes to lose it. So here I am, back to the basics, everyone needs a refresher course every once in a while I suppose.

My Program:
I plan on doing this by eating properly, exercising often, getting all my fruits and vegetables, and getting 8 hours of sleep each night.
