Aww TY - to be honest when i encourage others - i am encourage myself. LOL Nothing like hearing yerself talk to yourself as you type.

You (and I) can do whatever we want to do! we just have to make up our minds, and forgive ourselves when we are not perfect (just like we do for our friends)

I've always wanted to meet someone who LOST ... I gained. I think it was going from "worse" carbs to just bad higher glycemic carbs. I'm so jealous! I hope you feel well. Good for you!

Hey, I've lived in Vegas and LA, too, and currently DH is living in FL (I'm in OK)! Wild - we have a lot in common! I also used to scrap quite a bit. Haven't had the mind for it for a number of years though I miss it.

I hope you'll let us know if you have any questions and please share your experiences and thoughts with our team too. Keep taking care, and see you on the boards.
