Hi! Absolutely on the right path - getting away from that cafeteria/restaurant food is the way to go for the week. Cardio is also perfect!! Proud of yah!! I've lost 14 lbs since Xmas - even my shoes are getting too big - I love it! I've made sure that I'm getting more than enough of protein on a daily basis and that has really helped - carbs make me very hungry and up my body fat so I'm very happy to have my favorite food back into my "diet".
