My Goals:
My long term goal is to reach my goal weight of 133 pounds by December of 2010. That currently amounts to 35 pounds to lose. My short term goal is to lose at least 5 pounds per month. I want to be healthy and have the energy to keep up with my 2 young boys. I want to get to a place in my life where I can feel beautiful, inside and out.
My Program:
Eating healthy and staying within my calorie range every day. Walking at least 3 days per week and working on some simple strength training to build muscle. Take time out for myself and journal to keep in touch with my feelings.
