My Goals:
Goals are to get back into Orienteering, Backpacking, Rollerblading, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing.
Ultimately, I want to be able to keep up with my son. Not on the side lines but in the middle of the action.
My Program:
I am mainly using yoga, belly dancing, pilates and my own diet plan which is 75% common sense with a touch of stuff I've gleaned from reading Eat to Live and You: On A Diet. Still want to read French Women Don't Get Fat.
Personal Information:
30-something wife and mom. Born and bred in New England. Voracious reader. read, anything, but especially sci-fi,fantasy, a good historical romance, mystery or food science. I also write, play video games (yes a grrl gamer, not quite a frag doll but have been known to play Halo 1, 2 and soon 3). I also enjoy movies, drive-ins & music, dabble with mid-format, black & white and digital photography and play with fiber - yarn: knitting, crocheting, spinning & weaving.
Other Information:
Mindful Green Kitchen Witch with a UU / Quaker / Zen bent. Very interested in intention, herbs, heathenry, feri and cooking.
