I just love feeling good and as long as I'm moving and meeting new people, I feel good. My goals are to always be able to keep up with my boys especially in their sports and biking. Most of all, I want to always enjoy being active.
I walk our Golden Retriever, Lego almost every day (depending on the weather) for at least 3 miles. I use the treadmill every day after dinner for 45 minutes. I use the 30 day shred dvd every other day for 30 minutes. I use a variety of other aerobic dvds every other day and I lift weights at home M, W, and Friday.
We live in beautiful Colorado!

Guilt Free Yummy guilt free chocolate cake. 1 chocolate cake mix 1 can diet coke (any diet cola works, even Wal-mart brand) Mix and bake as directed. (no I am not kidding) cool and add fat free cool whip
For you Angel food cake lovers 1 Angel food cake mix 1 can of diet Sprite or 7-up (generic works as well) Mix and bake as directed and enjoy with Strawberries and free cool whip. (this is also 3 Points for the cake an cool whip, just add points for fruit)
