My Goals:
I'm sick of seeing "obese" on the BMI chart. (finally got rid of that one)
I want to wear a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time ever.
I want to fit into the sexy panties that don't fit.

My Program:
I'm just getting back into the US lifestyle. I'm worried about getting into my old eating habits. I'm trying to maintain with the goal of more weight loss. I'm at the lowest I've weighed since I can remember (finally not obese) and worried about putting the weight on AGAIN (maintaining isn't something I'm good at).

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Florida, I lived in Maine for 6 years. I just got back from traveling for over 8 months in parts of Central and South America. I'm currently in Florida but have no clue where I want to end up!

Other Information:
Favorite book: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Followed by the Harry Potter Series, or Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Yes I know that is a very strange mixture.

Thanks for the comment on my blog this morning! I have to remind myself daily that it's a lifestyle change, fitness is the goal, and weight loss is a by-product. I'm still in shock that I actually RAN this morning and that my shins, hips and back aren't punishing me for it!

Don't EVER give up!!!
