My name is Sarah and I stared this journey a year ago! I have never really been to good at tracking. In the past year I have lost 65 pounds. Going from 224 to the 160's. This journey has been an amazing ride! I can't even believe its been a year and I am ready for round two! I want to get into shape because I owe that to me. I have treated my body bad in several ways. I want it to be healthy I want more energy I want to be able to ROCK any outfit I choose because I love clothes!
