Round Two....

I really want to get fit and strong and be able to keep up with my husband, who is a soccer player. I've never been athletic so picking up the physical and mental discipline needed to stay committed to working out and eating right has been a challenge. This will be my second try on SP...wish me luck!

You can do this. WE can do this! I am starting small with my ONLY requirements to be to track what I'm eating and not worrying about the calories right now. I know from past experience I give up if I can't meet my own super high expectations, so am setting them low this time! Best of luck in 2011!!
