Ready to be the size I use to Be

Hi my name is letha.

I've reached my heaviest at 220.5 and I am tired of my knees hurting and everything else that can hurt. I'm 43 and its time to get this weight under control. My fiance and I have planned a cruise in Sept and I want to be able to keep up and not be tired all the time and get off this darn medication. My goal weight is 145. I know I can do it with my friends here on Spark People. I have enough people here to keep me motivated.

Plan to eat Raw ...

Plan to eat Raw meals about 75% of the time until I can graduate to completely raw and possible a vegan..

My Goals:
My goals: I would love to love at least 45-50 pounds. Become healthy and fit and toned

My Program:
I joined a gym for $10.00 a month with no contract.. what a deal. Workout 5 - 7 days a week. With interval training and strength training. Incorporate more fiber in my diet, less sugar and more whole grains. Kashi go lean and Amy's are foods that I enjoy eating. All natural and organic.

Other Information:
Love to read, make fake foods, homemade soaps, love taking care of my hair and helping other people take care of theirs.

I'm tring to eat less and less nuts while raw, but I tell ya, it's HARD! You have to eat some, even small quantity, or else it's just veggies and fruit all day....which is fine, but not for long-term. The first week I did eat nothing but fruit and veggies, lost 3 pounds. The second week, it went up and down. It was up a pound on my official weigh-in day, but 2 days later, back down a down. It's the nuts and salt/sodium for me.
