I'm tring to eat less and less nuts while raw, but I tell ya, it's HARD! You have to eat some, even small quantity, or else it's just veggies and fruit all day....which is fine, but not for long-term. The first week I did eat nothing but fruit and veggies, lost 3 pounds. The second week, it went up and down. It was up a pound on my official weigh-in day, but 2 days later, back down a down. It's the nuts and salt/sodium for me. 2050 days ago
