Needs some motivation!

My name is Sandra im 19 years old from Houston i go to community college i've never been skinny i was always overweight but my weight always balanced out and i always just looked thick. I was secure with my weight and myself. I got with my boyfriend(love of my life) 8-03-7 weighing in at 160 and gained 45 pounds in two years we eat fast food all the time. Your status says you are hungry and must resist. If you are really hungry and not just having an appetite for something, you should eat or drink something. One good way to check whether you are really hungry or not, drink a full glass of water or tea. Wait 10-15 minutes. If you are still hungry, you need to eat something. Choose something healthy.... fruit, a yogurt smoothie, check out Sparkrecipies.com for lots of ideas for healthy snacks.
