    Your status says you are hungry and must resist. If you are really hungry and not just having an appetite for something, you should eat or drink something. One good way to check whether you are really hungry or not, drink a full glass of water or tea. Wait 10-15 minutes. If you are still hungry, you need to eat something. Choose something healthy.... fruit, a yogurt smoothie, check out Sparkrecipies.com for lots of ideas for healthy snacks.
