I'm Christie! I am 5 feet and 3 inches short and I am 19 years young. :) I have been overweight my whole life. I have tried many, many diets and ways of eating and the only one that has ever worked for me is Atkins. I don't eat no sugar, no bread, no pasta, no starchy vegetables, stuff like that. I do eat a lot of salads and low carb vegetables. I have got down to almost half of my weight loss goal!! Oh yeah, I exercise 3 times a week. I do Tae Bo Cardio and I love it!! I have learned that exercising may be boring or hard at first, but if you give it a chance, it becomes fun. Add me as a friend or leave me a comment if you want to know more. -Work on my self-esteem.

-Buy an outfit at JCPenney when I hit mid-way goal.
-Take body pictures and post.
-Atkins, the only one that works for me...
-I usually eat 3 times per day not unless I get a little hungry in between meals then I will have a low carb snack.
-I mostly eat salads, and other vegetables. One thing I like the most about Atkins is if I want a steak or a hamburger, I can have it...I just can't have the bread...and no calorie counting either! :)
-I can eat fast food but when I do I usually get a side salad and throw out the carrots and I get some sort of meat to top it off.
-I drink plenty of water. I have always been the type to drink A LOT, so I get about 10 to 14 cups a day! No sodas for me.
-I DO NOT eat sugars, breads, pastas, or starchy vegetables.
-Most importantly, I have a wonderful husband that keeps me alive (basically) and going on the right path. My dog Tinkerbell also helps me with getting motivated and taking walks!
-I stand 5 feet and 3 inches.
-I'm 19 years young.
-Known as Mrs. Ci~Ci.
-Got married to the love of my life and dreams on September 27, 2008!
That's about it for now.
-I'm very carb sensitive, that is why Atkins works best for me.
