Time for pounds to FALL away

2015 Winter 5% Challenge:

Winter 2015: I am doing an 8 week 5% challenge. The goal is to loose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks. I will need to devlop more healthy habits. This time i joined a real appeal program at work.i am hoping the extra tools gives me more moivation.

My Goals:
Mindful eating. I am going to review Fitfo0d challenge. I want to give my body the nutrition that it needs.

I love exercise. for fitness, i want to add more strength training and flexibility.

My Program:
I am currently doing the Real Appeal videos. cardio 2x a week and strength 2x. then other days i will do whatever videos i am in the mood.

Mindful eating -This is the hardest for me. i have to rewire my entire brain for it.

Personal Information:
Married for 12 years no kids or pets

Other Information:
i am a mentally unfocused person so i find it hard to stay the course for a long time. I am working to be more present and focused.
