Spring into good health

2016 Spring 5% Challenge:

Spring 2015: I am doing an 8 week 5% challenge. The goal is to loose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks. i have a slow thyroid so I am tired a lot and my appetite is goofy. But i will not quit. Also i want to focus on being more mindful with my snacking and my workouts.

My Goals:
Mindful eating. I am going to review Fitfood challenge. I want to give my body the nutrition that it needs.

I love exercise. for fitness, i want to add more strength training and flexibility.

My Program:
I am currently doing the Real Appeal videos. cardio 2x a week and strength 2x. then other days i will do whatever videos i am in the mood.

Mindful eating -This is the hardest for me. i have to rewire my entire brain for it.

Personal Information:
Married for 12 years no kids or pets

Other Information:
i am a mentally unfocused person so i find it hard to stay the course for a long time. I am working to be more present and focused.
