I AM READY TO DO IT!
I think my story is probably just like yours. I have been successful at weight loss many times. The problem is there is always some set back that derails my progress. Some of my excuses from the past have been "I just don't have the will power." "Its just one treat, I have been doing, so well." "I have already screwed up, might as well keep going." "Its Thanksgiving...Christmas...My Birthday, etc" "Its vacation, eating is part of the fun." Then there are many times when I just fail to ...
