I think my story is probably just like yours. I have been successful at weight loss many times. The problem is there is always some set back that derails my progress. Some of my excuses from the past have been "I just don't have the will power." "Its just one treat, I have been doing, so well." "I have already screwed up, might as well keep going." "Its Thanksgiving...Christmas...My Birthday, etc" "Its vacation, eating is part of the fun." Then there are many times when I just fail to plan. Sound familliar? I am really trying to take a different approach this time. I want to lose the weight and keep it off. Thanks for stopping by and Good luck on your weight loss journey.

I have tried many plans and failed. I am now trying a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, clean eating, calorie restriction, and some form of daily exercise.
