Hi! How was your weekend? Thanks for your status comments along with the comments on my page. I'm glad I'm not the only one whose weight still goes upo and down. LOL! I think that's why taking measurements and seeing progress there more satisfying

This was a busy, exhausting weekend! haha. Omg, I'm whooped! Work is fantastic, I couldn't ask for a better bunch of co workers and management to work with. I've learned some new things, but am picking it up fairly quick. Visiting my mother in law while she was here was great, just not long enough. I believe we've talked her into coming over to spend spring break with us. My hubby took that week off b/c his bday is that week and there's no school. I'll have to work, so it will be a good week for hubby to spend quality time with his mom.

I pretty much slept the day away after the kids left for school, now they're home having me help with homework. Hope you have a great week!

I think we've also got a lot of memebers who are trying to eat cleaner too! I'm glad to see someone else that is fine tuning their diet to meet more than just the basic goals set by Spark!

Heyyyyy!

Veg*nism and vitamins- I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, nuts, take a multivitamin, and I'm meeting my iron, magnesium & zinc every day!

My soy milk is fortified with B vitamins and calcium... but I'm still a little low on calcium...

So I'm going to start taking Rainbow Light vitamin its 6 a day that are plant based that will get me OK on every vitamin!

How are you doing with it? Calcium is hardest for me..... really hard to get it from plant foods....
