The time to start is now...

The weather is warming up, the sun is shining and the daffodils are blooming. It's time to get back on track. The last few months have been totally chaotic but it's time for things to settle down now. It's time for my focus to get back towards eating right and exercising regularly. No more frantic hours at the computer trying to meet deadlines. More time being active. The time to start is now....

My Goals:
To exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days per week. To strength train three days per week.
To think about everything I eat.
To do 100 push ups.

My Program:
Interval cardio every other day and alternating upper/lower body strength training on non interval cardio days. Eat 6 small meals per day.

Hey! Been gone for a couple of months because of surgery and problems from surgery. I was looking over my spark page and wanted to touch base with some Sparkers--so how have you been? Hope all is well with you!

Thanks for the goodie! Yes a 2.5 hour commute (per day). I'll be fixing that in the next few months, moving much closer to work (15 min. each way)! Looking forward to getting some more time back and getting off the road.
