I thought I'd give an update on what I'm up to. Well, a buddy and I joined Weight Watcher's in November! Yes, just last month but seriously I'd gained weight since my mom's death in September. So, I needed to get serious and not let things get out of control. So here's four things I thought would be important on my Losing List:

1. Change my relationship to food and obtain better emotional health.
2. Live a healthier and more active life.
3. Do new things while I obtain ...

4. Be frolic in the country LOL

I've been a member of SPARKS for quite a while now and have really been encouraged by my fellow SPARKERS and their weight loss journeys. SPARK members have been a gr8 help and benefit to me and I hope I've been an encouragement too. I have developed many wonderful friendships through SPARKS. I'm married with 3 wonderful grown children and no grandkids yet. I'm a Christian believer and attend church where we get encouragement to keep following Christ. My husband and I have a dog and a red eared slider turtle. I guess I can't count the hummingbirds and other wilds birds we feed.

My Program:
Is working out at the gym 5 times a week. Walking on my work breaks with a friend.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily

Eat 5 fruits and vegetables daily.

Personal Information:
I'm a follower of Jesus Christ. I enjoy talking to others about him and like to tell others about the good news of the gospel.

I enjoy nature and reading. I take particular interest in Bible reading and family time.


Other Information:
I enjoy feeding the song birds and doves that come to visit in my back yard but my real enjoyment is feeding the adorable hummingbirds that come to the two feeders I've set up.

Persist
