Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
I will certainly let you know about my progress. I am still stuck in a Limbo known as Week 5. Summer travel keeps interfering. Saturday, July 17, is my new Day 3, but I am scheduled to take a family member to the airport a few hours away, so we will see. No matter what, I will keep running until I complete C25K and beyond.
