My Goals:
Work out 5 days a week with strength training AND cardio 5 times a week.
Track my food and exercise here to help me stay on the path to better health.
My ultimate goal is to lose the belly flab I've held onto for 17 years since I had my son. That is my biggest source of insecurity.

My Program:
Tracking everything I eat in my nutrition tracker. Eating a 40/40/20 split and seeing results. Tracking fitness every time I work out also.
Supplements: Fish oil, multivitamin, calcium, CLA, lysine.
Drinking at least 96 oz of water each day.

Personal Information:
Florida girl (native), love my family & my dogs. So incredibly blessed and thankful for what God has given me every day.

Thanks for another great comment on my blog. That is actually a very good question. And no, there is no harm in working two major muscle groups together. The only downside might be time, if they are both muscle groups you are particularly concerned about hitting. For instance, I doubt I would hit hams/glutes and chest in the same workout, because as hard as I go at it with each muscle group to try and bring it up, I'd just run out of enough energy to thoroughly work one or the other. I'd be more likely to put hams with back, or quads with chest.
