Heidi's Journey To Dress Like A Whore

Okay.....so I've pretty much been overweight for the past 16 years, after giving birth to my son. Although, this "journey" began with me at an all time high.
The reality of getting old is closer every day and I really would like to have the opportunity to wear skin revealing clothes again before I'm in a nursing home.

Hi Heidi: Hope you and Garnell had a blast on Black Friday. I did get out get some walking done (at the mall and yes, it counts)...even got some Christmas gifts ... FYI: Sunbirds has a great sale on polar fleece zip-up jackets for men (7 bucks)...and of course, my tradition is that's what Brad, Brett, D'Haney, J. John, Robert and Mike get EVERY YEAR..but for that price, I can maybe slip a 10spot in the pocket too.
I have never logged my exercise in sparks, cause I don't understand how to do it...and I have learned that strength training is really important...and that isometrics counts as strength training, so even while sitting my butt in my chair watching TV, I can tighten muscles and relax several times..and you can feel the blood flow..crunches - action while driving, all that stuff is accumulative. Lunge steps when you walk...when no one is looking... i even have a one minute thing i learned from Dr. OZ...that helps tighten everything up...I try to remember to do it every time I stand up..(at work, i have my own office so no one can see me). it all helps.
I agree, keeping track of the food is a great deterrent from putting it in my mouth...so I have finally got back to tracking in sparks..whoohoo. Garnells pumpkin dump cake put a pound back on me, i am sure, but it was worth it. hugs..and keep going..you'll in in your whore clothes in no time. emoticon

Heidi, youare doing great. I have not been visiting my spark page much, but am renewed in my hopes to visit more often. I am still losing, but very very slowly.
