My life with dieting has been a roller coaster for years. I have been dieting since I can remember. I don't mind looking in the mirror from my neck up, I like that part of me, the rest I can't stand. I need to change that, I want to like all of me especially when I am looking in the mirror.

I am trying to put myself FIRST, then my family. I have to take care of myself first so I can take care of them. I owe it to myself and them.

SUCCESS at anything will always come down to this....
And we control both.

My Goals:
~To get to a weight that I am comfortable with and can maintain
~ Be aware of what I eat. ~Keep a journal
~ Drink lots of water!
~ Exercise 5 times a weeks.
~ DON'T beat myself up if I slip. I am human!!!

My Program:
~I don't have a program per se.... I don't cut out any food groups or any "junk" food. Moderation is the key!!!

~I workout at least 5 days a week. Strength train is one thing I need to work harder on and be better committed to.

My name is Angela, 47 for PA. I have two children, a daughter Devan 23, and a son Andrew 20. I am Nana to one beautiful granddaughter named Brylin Amelia , she is 18 months old. I am also very blessed to be married to a wonderful and loving man named David.

We have one dog named Bella, 11 a German Shepherd . One cat Buster 15.

I am a licensed cosmetology teacher and I have my own beauty salon which is a great thing being your own boss. There is only one true down fall for me and that is, I can walk from my salon right into my kitchen and eat when I want to.
