I'm not Vegan but am trying to do about 60% Raw. Green Smoothies, & Lots of Veggies, especially as I'm doing the RAINBOW NUTRITION STREAK. LUV IT!!! IT PUSHES ME TO GO FOR THAT SLICE OF RED CABBAGE & A COUPLE OF CARROTS THAT I ORDINARILY WOULDN'T BOTHER WITH.

I feel like I'm doing most of the little things right. I probably need to spend more attention to the bigger things like exercise (not getting hardly any right now, better sleep (always need this) and tightening up my diet. Aaarghh, that stuff doesn't sound like fun!
