Back at it again.

A few years ago i found SP when looking for lowfat recipes. I started following and logging, as well as running. I lost 35lbs. However, i changed jobs and the commute was longer, the hours were more and BOOM...the weight came back on. I have not run sense March of 2015. I have finally moved closer to work and cut my hours back. I am ready to start my journey.

Yes practicing breathing at other times, when doing your weekly runs, when doing yoga, when watching tv, at work is the way to bring it back into your body (babies tend to do naturally).

On race day just breath and do not worry about getting it right. In fact, race day is about really enjoying the whole event.

I will be think about you as you run.
